VCK Logistics Supply Chain Solutions opts for Boltrics’ WMS

VCK Logistics Supply Chain Solutions has selected the WMS solution of Boltrics to support the entire warehouse operation. A large number of employees is going to work with the WMS, in which for instance SLAs can be monitored for an optimal efficient process in the logistic chain.

From a custom-made solution to the branch standard

A few years ago, VCK Logistics Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), former All-in Logistics, implemented Navision as their enterprise software solution. A solution where a lot of customization has been added over the years. It created a perfect solution at that time but became outdated in the structure after a period of time. To ensure the organization could continue to meet the high demands of its customers, VCK Logistics started a selection process to make sure that they can continuously develop innovative logistics concepts together with its customers and support their IT technology.

Make way for innovation

Given the past experience with the flexibility and user-friendliness of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, Microsoft Dynamics NAV in a standard solution seemed the ideal combination.

Too often, individual systems of subsidiaries are linked or offered as a standalone solution. The policy of VCK Logistics is aimed at connecting all companies via one single platform. So customers experience one solution. In this way, they address – in a unique way – the current developments in logistics based on 4PL and 5PL concepts.
