As a freight forwarder, you know what a challenge it is to meet the necessary formalities – especially when it comes to international transportation. Is your outdated system limiting your growth and negatively impacting your customer satisfaction? Are you wasting time on manually registering the necessary data for export consignments? Or frustrated that it takes at least five hours to complete your invoice administration?
Modern technology doesn’t have to be complex and expensive. Boltrics’ freight forwarding solution allows you to easily register the required details in one single system. Link price and contract agreements to your forwarding orders with one click. And generate with the same ease of use CMR, customs documents, and invoices. Simplifying your processes has never been this easy.
Avoid duplication of work; enter data only once and let the system do the rest. For example, register separate bookings per destination and let the software link them as partial shipments to a container file. The solution will take the total weight and format of the subdivisions into account. All you have to do is print the loading list and container manifest.
In our software for logistic service providers, WMS, TMS and FMS are completey integrated. This makes the software a complete solution for logistics suppliers handling Warehousing, Transport and Forwarding, including the corresponding customs formalities.
As such you can track your consignments through the entire logistics process, and you enjoy continuous insight at both customer and consignment level.
"Our solution is built on standard Dynamics 365 Business Central technology, without customization, so we can join seamlessly along with upgrades in the future, so no problem anymore with outdated legacy software."
“Having chosen 3PL Dynamics it’s possible for Estron to register and support all warehouse processes, such as goods in, goods out, storage, production process, cross-docking, order picking, goods blockading, invoicing and reporting. The processes are sully supported with RF scanners.”
“As 3PL Dynamics is continuously reviewed we’ll never reach that point where the software is obsolete and that, for example, after 10 years only a full reimplementation will suffice. As such we’re transitioning from registration to control and management.”
With the on premise variant, the software is physically installed on your own server, be it at your offices, or externally with a data center. The hardware is then managed by your own IT department or by an external party. The software can subsequently be accessed within the organization’s local area network (LAN).
If you would prefer your software ‘in the cloud’, then the software can be installed on a server somewhere in the ether that you link up with online, irrespective of your location. No additional worries about data & performance as IT management are included in the monthly fee. Your IT department manages the system purely at a functional level.
Hybrid is a combination of cloud and on-site systems. For example, the logistics software is on-site and other software such as CRM online, Office365 and Power BI is in the cloud. Everything is fully integrated, meaning the users are unaware which environment they are working in. Moreover, the same log-in details are used for all systems.
